Father's Day Is Coming. Have You Captured Your Family's Story Yet?

Let me be real with you for a second.
For the last 15 years, I've been building a documentary about my Grandmother. Little by little. Year by year. Adding stories, reactions, memories, the kind of stuff you can't Google and photos can't recreate. This past year, we got to show it at her 100th birthday.
The room was silent. Then it wasn't. People were laughing, crying, pointing at the screen saying "I remember that" and "I never knew that about her."
That moment? That's everything.
Now — What About Your Family?
Father's Day is right around the corner and I want to ask you something straight up:
When is the last time you actually sat down and captured your family's story on camera?
Not a birthday video. Not a holiday reel. I'm talking about a real documentary. Interviews. Questions. Genuine reactions. The stories your dad has told a hundred times, and the ones he's never told at all. We do this for a living. Our company works with brands, corporations, and nonprofits every single day; producing cinematic content, documentary-style films, and high-level video production. But this? This one hits different.
Here's What We Actually Do
We come to your home. We sit with your family. We interview everyone, the kids, the parents, the grandparents, whoever is in that room. We ask the questions that open doors. And your job? Just show up and be yourselves.
We handle everything else:
Story mapping — we plan the questions and flow before we ever hit record
On-location, multi-camera documentary filming — cinematic setup, real environment
Professional audio production — clean sound, no excuses
Post-production editing — color grading, music, titles, the full treatment
Archival-quality video delivery — files built to last for decades
But Here's the Thing
You don't have to hire us to make this happen.
Seriously. Grab your phone. Set it up on a tripod. Ask your dad to sit down. Hit record. Ask him one question and let him talk.
Just. Do. It.
Like good ole Nike says, Just Do It. Because the regret of not capturing these moments is something no production budget can fix later.
I did it for my Grandmother over 15 years. I've done it for close friends.
"This is the most valuable content you will ever have"
Stories. Reactions. Memories. On Camera. Forever.
This Father's Day, give your family something that doesn't expire.
Whether you book a session with us or pick up your own camera and start today, the most important thing is that you start.
Time doesn't wait. We come to you, local and beyond 🎬 Cinematic | Documentary | Storytelling | Family Films
Whether you work with us or do it yourself, just make sure it gets done. You'll thank yourself later.

This reminds of my wedding. I had a lot of family that couldn’t make the trip from Mexico and Europe, and I asked them to send me a video message to share at the wedding. It was so beautiful to have all these heartfelt messages, recorded in a video to share with everyone present!
